The research consists in interviewing Nordic managers – from Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland - and managers from other countries. They were asked to express whether or not they consider the different components of the Nordic organizational culture as drivers for sustainable managerial innovation, and whether or not they think each of these components can be successfully applied in any type of organization (public or private, big or small, local or international, etc).
